History
Vital Leadership Coaching originated in 2004 as a collaboration between corporate and executive coach Liz Dallas and business coach Lea Belair. Vital Leadership Coaching became a full-fledged division of the Coaching Center of Vermont in 2008 under the name Vital Business, and in 2014 we morphed into Vital Leadership Coaching to more accurately reflect our expertise in coaching and training. Based out of the greater Burlington area, our expertise in the growing and changing needs of Vermont-based businesses has allowed us to expand to serve the needs of clients in New England.

Credentials
Our coaches are all professionally trained and have demonstrated a commitment to excellence. They are experienced in the corporate business arena and intimate with the current business climate. Each an expert in their chosen field, they offer a diverse and complementary perspective to our team.
Each of our professional coaches is aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF) Standards & Ethics of the coaching profession, and some hold an ICF credential. The ICF is the oldest sanctioning body for the profession of coaching, often referred to as "The Gold Standard". Many of our coaches are members of the more recently formed International Association of Coaching (IAC). The IAC is the industry leader in a global approach to the intentional evolution of the profession of coaching.
